I saw this in PLRAC a while ago, I figured it fit better here but never bothered to make a thread about it. Cool.

On one hand I agree with a lot of what she says, on the other hand she's kind of an asshole about it.

My apologies, I try to avoid attacking ad hominen, but that statement was so incorrect it is disgusting.

I'll have him note that I never discredit anyone's opinion based on anything other then the opinion itself. You believe in God, I don't, but I will still listen to you and respect your opinion.

As right as she is about the violence of islam, she neglects the fact that the backwardness of muslim nations are largely the fault of western, christian civilization which supported their dictators to take advantage of their resources. Jews and Christians are not saints, it's just that muslim violence is the most apparent. In the end, the conclusion is that humanity will not go to the next civilized level, unless religion is gone.
