I have no problem with people inventing myths to explain things we don't understand. I mean, until we figure it out, they can be a good way of looking at things.
What bothers me to no end is that some people will still use myths for things we
do understand.
Christ, we figured it out. It is not a 'theory' anymore. Regardless of whether or not it 'makes sense' to you, almost all scientists know without a doubt that it is true and accepted that many years ago. Regardless of whether or not you 'get it,' they have been creating more evolutionary theories, studying and researching more, experimenting, applying it in different places, and otherwise moving on from evolution. Scientists are not trying to prove evolution in any sense.
I'm sorry, but whether it makes sense to you or not, the scientists who are actually experts and know what the hell they are talking about are going about their studies regarding evolution as a fact.
