The roman catholic will respect your own belief whether you believe in nothing or whatever.
So, that's basicly what I think it means to be a roman catholic and how the fundamentalists ruin Christianity for us.

Hi st3ve,
Although there are other things in your post that need commenting on, i would just like to ask you a couple of things about this statement.
First, if Jesus is not God, what does it matter if He or His teachings are good and/or moral.
Second, (multi-part)
a. you say "Christianity", which by definition, is belief that Jesus is the Christ, the Second Person of the Triune God.
b. Jesus taught us many things, but two of those things were:
He is the only way to God the Father.
That we should "go forth and teach all nations..."
3. YOUR view of Roman Catholics is that they will respect ones own belief whether that person believes in nothing or whatever.
How then, do you defend 'respect' of someones "belief in nothing" or "whatever", by not preaching the Law and the consequences of Sin?
Are we not supposed to "Love our neighbor as ourselves"?
Let me put this statement in another form:
Do you love yourself enough to not want to go to Hell?
If your answer to that is 'yes, i do not want to go to Hell', then would you be living up to the Commandment just pointed out, if you were complacent, and did not warn your neighbor of Hell??? .... by SIMPLY
respecting their belief in nothing???
Honestly, although it seems like i am attacking you, i really am not. Nor am i attacking Catholics in general.
What i am trying to point out, is that it is not only the duty of Christians, Commanded by Christ Jesus (and to do so out of Love-- both, Love of God and Love of neighbor), but also it should be a Loving desire to want other humans to be in God's Love in Eternity.
Not only that, but because of complacency, it might be a friend or a loved one that goes to Hell because you or i did not think it important enough to share the Good News.
May God's Grace and Love guide you and keep you (and your loved ones as well),
johnny
