My family is all muslim,Im an atheist.

All kinds of shit are happening, my mother is flipping out at me (pms damnit) she's telling me shit like you're not my son!

Didn't I RAISE YOU AS A MUSLIM????

me:yes you did but cant i choose my own spirituality? Mom:NO! you were born muslim and you shall be one,otherwise you are not my child get out i dont want to see you!

I told my parents like 6 months ago.

it was fine till today.

My dad is all relaxt about it.

you have to tell her to grow up and show some religious tolerance. nobody can mold their kids exactly how they want, because then, they wouldnt be human beings. You live in a free country, tell her that getting shit for believing in what you do, and restricting your freedom of expression is fundamentally wrong. and i applaud you for coming out and telling the 'rents you are athiest. none of my family believes in god (of any sort), and I am not ashamed in the least to say I am agnostic.

So today i came from the dentist,and had to have some papers signed for the treatment to be payed by the ensurance. I told the dentist i would come back in like 30/45 min.

At home i asked my mom if she would sign the papers(im 17 so my one of my parents must sign it)she said: No i dont have a son.

and im sick of evereone treating me like shit,im not a household maid. sitting at home all day! my dad was at work so i called the dentist none of my parents were home so i could bring it some other time.

Sounds to me like you just need to get the fuck out of there as soon as you can. She tries to disown you, disown her in respect. Everyone treats you like shit because you let them. Criticize her for being a pathetic Muslim, not even capable of keeping her own child from deconverting. Then just leave and find a new family. If you're in the states, get a hold of a local American Atheist chapter, the Freedom from Religion Foundation, Atheist Alliance chapter, or Secular Student Alliance chapter. There's always freethinkers out there willing to help someone who's been fucked over by religious intolerance.
