i am working on a large theatrical production and one of the scenes is set in a sort of "end of days" scenario where the apocalypse is happening and we thought it would be a good way to set the tone by using scripture verses that are kinda deep/chilling(like the start of "the number of the beast" iron maiden)

I think this means that we will ALL know the end of the world is actually coming. Or perhaps it just means our basic general knowledge will increase? Ha.

But according to Matthew 24, the day and hour are unkown so there you go. None of this 2012 crap (If you're a Christian that is).

It doesn't say which 70 weeks, just that it'll be that long. So we still don't know the day.

But the Mayans, I think, had their shit together when it came to predicting this, since their ending of the cycle corresponds with a few major astronomical events.
