I recently received a report from a Westlock resident who got the report from
the American West Publishers in California about a rather urgent matter
entitled: The Photon Belt. I thought I would pass it along for you to decide.
QUOTE " 1992 will prove to be a very eventful year, but today we wish to
concentrate on just one event expected in July of this year which will throw the
world into confusion for several days. It is NOT a life threatening event. For
those who understand what is happening, planned precautions will eliminate most
of the inconvenience, but for those who remain unaware ( which will be the
majority of the population) it will be an extremely stressful time, and most
likely accompanied by civil unrest, which could affect the rest of us.
Scientists are currently working on plans for combatting the event, or changing
the outcome, but there is little likelihood of any improvement - just the
possibility of the wrong outcome creating more damage at an earlier date.
Reports on this subject were make around 1960 and 1981, and come from both
traditional scientific sources as well as aboriginal/North American Indians.
Every 12,000 years the planet earth comes into a period of NULL-TIME.....when
the pendulum reaches the end of its swing. Our solar system is moving into a
new position in the universe, and in so doing traverses the Photon Belt.
Electrons are neutralized during this period and therefore the laws of
ELECTRICITY lapse - there will be absolutely no electrical activity during this
period, not even from batteries. The effects will be far-reaching.
Depending upon whether the sun or the earth is the first to reach this Photon
Belt we shall have three days and three nights (more or less) of blinding light
or absolute darkness. Welders glasses would be needed to protect the eyes from
the blinding light, which will be continuous.
If scientists attempt to detonate the radiation ring around the earth (and
equipment to do this has already been set up) there will be a three day blaze of
blinding light, which may well eliminate the danger of this happening when we
pass through the PHOTON Belt - but there is little logic in this, as we would
still be subjected to this same blinding light. The only positive effect would
be that the burning up of the radioactivity in this belt would prevent if
falling back upon Earth in 1993, causing widespread health problems (this hazard
has been predicted by scientists since 1980).
It would appear that this event will take place by the end of JULY 1992 and that
the most likely date is Sunday, 25th July. Native reports state 23rd to 25th
July with the event lasting three to seven days. This is the end of the
"Dreamtime."
It is interesting to note the biblical reference to THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS
OF DARKNESS and for this reason would infer that preparation should be for
darkness rather than blinding light. We can find no reference in any ancient or
modern text to the people of this planet being permanently blinded, se we will;
assume that darkness will be the problem (but with a pair of welders glasses in
our pocket just in case).
We have therefore prepared some guidlines for the minimum of inconvenience
during this event and leave it up to you as to how (and whether) you pass this
information to your friends and relatives .... always a problem when there is a
lack of understanding in general, and narrow-mindedness in particular.
Watch government and military activity as the month of July approaches. They
are well aware of the problem and may afford some clues as to what can be
expected. "

GUIDELINES FOR ACTION WHEN EARTH MEETS THE PHOTON BELT

1. Prior to expected date (25th July) ventilate all rooms in the residence or
office, as OXYGEN is of prime importance. Remove possible pollutants and do not
carry out painting or decorating during July.
2. With the total failure of ELECTRICITY, public service will fail -
communications, telephone, power, other services dependant upon power ie.
gas/oil (according to local usage), public lighting, radio and TV.
3. Cancel all TRAVEL plans for late July - air, sea, land all depend upon
electricity. Even AUTOMOBILES are dependant upon an electrical battery (even
when the fuel tank is FULL!) and will cease to function, creating chaos on the
streets. Your only means of transportation will be a bicycle - but it will have
not menas of illumination (total darkness prevails) except for specialized
candles.
4. Keep off the streets. Plan a program at home which will keep everyone as
occupied as possible for at least three days. Illumination will be limited to
CANDLES 0 bet see important comments in paragraph 7 below.
5. Ensure your premises are kept secure at all times. Security systems will
NOT be working. This is prime time for vandalism and crime in general, so
ensure you have a way of identifying who is at the door - or play it safe and
allow NO ENTRY whatsoever. Let close friends know!
6. The complete lack of HEAT should not be an insurmountable problem in July,
and should be overcome by extra clothing if necessary. Ensure that there is
always an adequate supply of FRESH AIR, despite any cold.
7. LIGHT and HEAT can be supplied by CANDLES (as well as human bodies), but it
is important to note that most candles give off undesirable fumes. Ensure now
that you have (absolutely) PURE BEESWAX candles. These are non-allergenic, burn
20 to 30 times longer than traditional candles and give off three times as much
heat, providing a relaxing atmosphere with their honey-sweet fragrance .....
just what is needed at a time like this. Note that many so-called pure (talk to
the bees about that one: a pure beeswax candle has to be HONEY-coloured,
although honey from one buckwheat gives a much darker (almost choclate) coloured
candle. There are also special "survival candles" which can be used for
heating purposes and burn 72 hours non-stop if necessary. One of the other
essentials is a natural plant-fibre wick, which ensure long life.
8. DRINKING WATER is a top priority. Ensure that you have an adequate amount
in a safe location. A further water supply will be required for personal
hygiene, washing utensils (or use china/plastic ware which can be discarded),
cleaning and toilet flushing. This might be a rainbarrel or tank in the garden
(most buildings in North AMerica do not have a holding tank for water).
9. FOOD - use up your freezer/refrigerator food supplies by the middle of Jyly
otherwise you may have a lot of garden fertilizer at month-end! You may not be
able to cook unless you have propane, so work out mecessities for one week which
will not spoil; dried fruits and juices will be the mainstay, but you might add
minerals and vitamin supplements to your diet. Remember this is just a TEMPORARY
inconvenience. It could well be a test period for the days to come.
