Nutmeg: The Worst Experience of my Life

This is what happened to me when I ate a tablespoon of nutmeg:

I saw in www.totse.com and in www.erowid.org that if you ate a spice (like cinnamon) called nutmeg you could get a trip similar to marijuana or alcohol. One day I tried a little of powdered nutmeg (one teaspoon), and, though it tasted like hell, I managed to eat it with some water. The effects came 10 hours later, I felt funny about everything and my head was a bit dizzy, like if I was drunk. I slept and the effects were gone next morning. A week or so later, at 4 am in the night, I decided to take some more quantity than the other day (this time I took one tablespoon) and the problems began two hours later.

I woke up at 6 am in the night because I was hearing the voice of a little girl singing the typical song of nanana, nanana, nananana, nanana. It seemed to come from my room. I felt strange, but not scared in that moment. I turned on my back to look where the noise was coming from, and I fucking saw an 8 year-old girl sitting at my bedroom sofa (suppostly if you have too much nutmeg you can have very vivid hallucinations). I instantly turned the light on and the girl had disappeared, also the singing. I was so scared and felt so bad that I left the lights on and somehow I slept again. I had some strange dreams, and I woke up again 5 hours later, at 11am in the morning, I thought I was feeling better, but really I was even worse than before. I walked as better as I could to the toilet to piss and I saw I couldn't do it even though I was bursting. This scared me a lot, as I thought I had just fucked my body up. Suddenly, I felt like if my skin was burning with gasoline, it was a really painful sensation; I then wanted to throw up. I ran quickly to bed again to see if I could sleep. While laying down in bed I felt much better: the burning sensation decreased a little and also the general sickness, but I still was bad. I slept again, and I woke up at 3 pm in the afternoon, I was feeling much better, but I couldn't walk straight and my skin burned slightly.

The next three days I felt so strange/weird that I stayed at home, my short-time memory was affected, I couldn't remember what I was talking about a few minutes ago.

I strongly recommend anyone who reads this not to have any nutmeg at all, never; it was a fucking bad experience, really. I also like to say that all of this is TRUE, I haven't added or invented anything on here. Possibly, there are some mistakes in this text, but my first language is Spanish, not English. But at last I made the translation I talked about before.
