I think I know what you're talking about though. I'm not that good with code (unless it's HTML), so I'll have to ask my friends. Otherwise, I know that there are some programs that can turn files into images (with the .iso extension, I'd assume).

I'll try and find a link for you, for one of these programs.

Well I don´t exactly know if this method is gonna satisfy you but it´s the best method I know except from using stenography softwares.
I hope you´re using Windows. Ok first choose the jpeg you want to hide in it the text. Open Ms-Dos and go to where the file is located ex : C:\Documents and Settings\AM33N\My Documents\photo.jpeg . type in '' edit filename.jpeg '' your Ms-Dos will open up and you will see bunch of words and other crap, Ignore it. Now scroll down to the end of the file and there you can write your private text or just copy and paste your text file. Click save and there you have a normal looking photo but underneath lies your worst secrets .
but you must inform your receiver on how to read that photo you must show him the same steps I showed you.

You're looking for stegonography which is a technique used to hide ciphertext into a .BMP image to make communication appear more casual and to avoid attention by communicating suspicious, encrypted-appearing data.

I would recommend Hermetic Stego (http://www.hermetic.ch) cuz that's the one from a company I have an affiliation with and so I can guarantee a secure app free from backdoors or any bullshit.

Note: you cannot hide shit into JPEGs, only true-color or grayscale BMPs cuz JPEG is lossy and you would lose your original data. I would recommend choosing a BMP containing pictures of natural scenes as your target, cuz then you got pixels of varying binary value, guaranteed to be enough to accomodate the ciphertext you wanna stuff in there. A BMP with linear content (crappy cartoon graphics and shit like that) ain't gonna work.

I've lost count of how many times my girl sent me pictures of her sweet titties in BMP format (3-4 megs in size) before I taught her how to convert to JPEG.

In addition, even suspicious unextractable files sent over public networks are rarely investigated let alone what appears to be some dumb sand-nigger sending raw images of his mummified cock.

person on other end opens it in notepad, saves as file.(the original extension)

then opens it....
