To use that program you posted you have to install the client on his computer. If you have physical access then it's a good idea - I was under the impression you didn't.

His computer is not wireless rather it is wired. They had a problem with their computer and fix the problem for them and I manage to gather all the information using ipconfig /all. From that information I gathered I wanted to know want can I do with it. is it possible to control their computer that way. Just wanna clear things up a bit.

In short: no, it is not possible to hack someone's computer given the ipconfig information. I could happily post a screenshot of my command prompt showing the ipconfig data, safe in the knowledge my machine can't be hacked.
I was suggesting if he has a wireless router (his computer can be connected to the router via a wire) you can crack his key and fuck around on his network.

Is their any other way of hacking his computer using the information I have. He has pretty good anti-virus install will that be a problem. I do not wish to harm his computer. Rather polish my skills. If the is no other way of hacking him should I let it go by means of giving up.

There is no way of hacking his computer. All you have is his internal IP - it's like trying to break into a certain house when all you know is the house number and not the street name.
If I were you give up or see if his router is wireless.

Airsnort is a piece of software to capture packets from a WEP encrypted network and crack the wireless key. Aircrack-ng is another bit of software which does the same thing but it works for WPA keys as well.
It isn't illegal nor is it hard to obtain. Just type it into Google - both programs are free.
