SUBJECT: International Embarrassments, etc.

This report involves information discovered over the course of a four (4) month period (2004) regarding a look into the workings of an entity called, ALLIANCE STARS (USA) INC. (Miami, Florida and Berlin, Germany) and ALLIANCE STARS GROUP, LTD. (Herzliya, Isreal) where some embarrassing issues appear to be stemming from.

Seems last week former Director of the CIA (1993-1995) James Richard WOOLSEY had his photograph taken in Berlin as he was shaking hands with a man named Dr. Michael G. HERZOG (M.D., Ph.D) that just completed defrauding at least two (2) people out of several million dollars through a phony investment scam.

Herzog targeted a Pakistani-American millionaire man who is a prominent figure spokesperson source for U.S. intelligence information on Muslim-radical terrorists and other global issues who has also been used by CNN as a special news report anchor expert on terrorism, one Musawer Monsoor IJAZ (residences in McLean, VA; Manhattan, New York; Toronto, Canada; and France). The other party is one HSH Prince Alfred and Princess Rafaella Von Liechtenstein.

It is said that there is a distinct possibility that the aforementioned Prince and Princess were recently paid back 1-million of their lost investment monies but that Mr. Ijaz is still out his money.

That this supposed pay-off took place between Woolsey and Herzog in Berlin, at Herzog's office where photographs of the se two (2) men were, last week. Further, that Woolsey was acting as an emissary for both Ijaz and another man, Reired USAF General James Alan ABRAHAMSON (Keedysville, Maryland).

Suspected purpose of this pay-off came in light of trying to fend-off media involvement from the Prince who was intending to file an official complaint against Herzog and his business enterprises, which would possibly create undo amounts of negative publicity with regard to Ijaz who actually was involved as the 'middleman' in this investment deal, which Herzog walked away with of all the monies incolved, including monies from Ijaz.

In another geographic region but perhaps related to Herzog's enterprises, namely ALLIANCE STARS, was a suspected CIA case officer named Kamal Laoi AL-KABARITI JUMAH and his wife, Mary Luz ZULUAGA-OCHOA (a husband and wife team) who were assassinated (mechanical asphixiation) in Medellin, Colombia on December 31, 2003, on the same day, but in separate locations of the same city, were two (2) of Al-Kabariti's "security business" partners who were also killed (gun-shots).

Along with Al-Kabariti and Zuluaga-Ochoa was one (1) relative of Zuluaga-Ochoa and reportedly two (2) armed bodyguards.

Seven (7) people in all, related to the other, were assassinated there.

Al-Kabariti Juma's name had been removed from ALLIANCE (USA) as a member of their Board of Directors, within 60-days of his assassination.

Five (5) of the seven (7) people killed, Al-Kabariti Jumah and Zuluaga-Ochoa along with their two (2) bodyguards and Zuluaga-Ochoa's relative were travelling in a late-model 'armored' 4X4 Sports Utility Vehicle, one Toyota Land Cruiser, at the time of their deaths. There were no shots fired or explosions that may have otherwise been instrumental for having been able to overtake the vehicle or any of its occupants.

The Al-Kabariti Jumah and the other four (4) vehicular occupants of the 4X4 were all found in a central portion of medellin as were the two (2) business partners of his who were found shot to death.

Local Police released to their local press contacts that this incident was just another case of "drug-related revenge murders", which seemed to fit a pattern of mechanical asfixiation assassinations that had been occuring throughout that region. Press reports have maintained a profile of continuing to alter, by mis-spelling it in a variety of different ways, the name of Al-Kabaraiti Jumah, however it seems to maintain the name of his wife intact.

Al-Kabariti Jumah is the nephew of the Kuwait-Jordan Bank (Amman, Jordan) Abdel (Abdul) Karim (Kareem) AL-KABARITI (AL KABARITI), a former Prime Minister of the country of Jordan.

There was a banking fraud case a few years back where the Chief of Jordanian intelligence was sent to jail for 4-years for having been found culpable in that reported criminal event.

The facts surrounding that case involved $1-billion dollars worth of funds obtained through unsupported financial statements, which funneled monies from several Jordanian-based banks into a similar financial security communications business like ALLIANCE, which was named GLOBAL BUSINESS, LLC.

It seems that Chairman Al-Kabariti's signature appeared on at least one (1) of the approved loan documents, but it later vanished after the Jordanian government called a secret plenary session to review the documents, which were then subsequently judged to have contained forged signatures of high-ranking bank representative officials.

Al-Kabariti Jumah and his wife Zuluaga-Ochoa reportedly lived in Madrid, Spain. Al-Kabariti Jumah arrived in Medellin on December 24, 2003 a week before he was killed.

Zuluaga-Ochoa, his wife, arrived in Medellin in November of 2003 from having been either in Spain or Venezuela (she was in possession of a Venezuelan passport) for her mother's burial in Colombia.

Addresses for Al-Kabariti Jumah are available on official document records in Spain. Photos are available in these cases too (about 30 or 40 with, 2 being of of the dead bodies) along with numerous research files about this case.

With regard to Woolsey (without a pleasant expression on his face) having being photographed shaking hands with Herzog, it was learned that Herzog purposely called a press conference as herzog had been informed of Woolsey's arrival, earlier. It is said that Woolsey was not aware previously that Herzog had a called-in a press team prior to Woolsey having entered Herzog's office to meet with him.

Herzog seems to be getting away with what might in this case be as much as sanctioned murders in Medellin, Colombia if there was any reason for Al-Kabariti having left his corporation to begin another security company.

CIA may have wanted to protect their source-reputation namely "Musawer Mansoor Ijaz" from any adverse questions that might have arisen as a result of a financial fraud case being brought by the Prince and Princess of Liechtenstein. Ijaz is popular on CNN, ABC, and a slew of other media news outlets. Ijaz is also a 'nuclear physicist', which also provides other matters to perhaps consider.

This information was leaked to the writer of this memo, which may very well indicate that perhaps Herzog or someone else wanted 'part' of it leaked enough to get the CIA to back-off from Herzog himself and what he knows about the parties he comes in contact with for whatever reasons that may not be known.

There is also another possibility of why this information was leaked.

Chairman of the Kuwait-Jordan Bank (Al-Kabariti) is extremely upset over the non-governmental assistance for his requests having been placed with U.S.-led Colombian government officials who ahve refused his requests for the exumation of Kamal Laoi Al-Kabariti Juma's body, supposedly for the purpose of it being transported back to Jordan for traditional customary burial there.

By virtue of refusing Chairman Al-Kabariti's requests, he now suspects that the CIA may have been involved in "staging his nephew's death". And, suspects that he could actually still be alive today.

There is also another possibility.

The CIA may have another purpose in-mind as to 'why' these issues are occurring with Chairman Al-Kabariti, and that might just be because, the Agency knows that Chairman Al-Kabariti is 'not' really interested in the return of Kamal Laoi Al-kabariti Jumah's body except to obtain proof that he was in-fact killed by assassains who were 'hired by the former Chief of Jordanian intelligence Lieutenant General Sameeh (Samih) Al-Battikhi ["Battikhy" also known as "Batikhi"] who spent 4-years in a Jordanian prison behind the $1-billion bank fraud.

In the bank fraud acse the three (3) brothers Majed (Majd), Amjad, and Ayman Al-Shamayleh some of who were connected with Jordanian intelligence and the Jordanian Royal Family were the informants on the Jordan's former Chief of intelligence.

There is a remote possibility that due to the similarities between the work products dealt with in both GLOBAL BUSINESS (the Majed Al-Shamayleh) intelligence surveillance communciation business and ALLIANCE STARS previously open advertisements of their surveillance projects coupled with some of the prominent names and former U.S. intelligence and military officials involved with them, that Kamal Laoi Al-Kabariti Jumah may have not been his real name afterall, but instead was Majed Al-Shamayleh who had been re-located with a hnew identify.

While all of the Al-Shamayleh brothers had fled Jordan in the wake of the trial against the former Jordanian Chief of intelligence, all fought vociferously their extraditions back to Jordan. Majed however, was a primary informant in that case and was believed to have been the last of the three (3) brothers who were caught and returned to Jordan. One brother was extradited back from Moscow, while Majed was returned from Australia. Both Kamal Laoi Al-Kabariti Jumah and Majed Al-Shamayleh were about the same age, both were from Jordan, both were well-versed in the security and surveillance business of governments, both were familiar with Jordanian intelligence, which may have provided the link between Jordan and Colombia that brought this Al-Kabariti there to set up a new security business.

There is another possible aspect to this case.

The Colombia assassination case here is picqued by reports indicating Chairman Al-Kabariti had financial dealings with one, Carlos MAZUERA said to be the financier of a reputed Colombian narcotic-trafficing family. It may be that Chairman Al-Kabariti had assisted in money-laundering activities and a favor was needed of him, which resulted in the assassination of Kamal Laoi Al-Kabariti Jumah, which the CIA picked-up on and tried to avert by staging the deaths in local news reports.

The only other possibile scenario in this case left, is:

The CIA may have asked for some information they knew was under the control of the Chairman Al-Kabariti that only 'he' could provide, but refused. Perhaps, bank records belonging or implicating King Abdullah of Jordan with an un-related matter or, it could be that Chairman Al-Kabariti has control over other confidential bank records of a Jordanian company that received sizeable quantities of anthrax from a Dutch company (years ago just prior to the Persian Gulf War) where Iraq became the recipient of those anthrax vial shipments.

It is supposed that 'anything' could be a possibility in the ALLIANCE, HERZOG, and AL-KABARITI JUMAH case including matters that were perhaps meant to be buried, unfortunately along with Kamal.
